Who We Are

Redeem Eden provides faith-based coaching, deliverance, and related ministry services through scheduled sessions, educational content, and this website. These Terms govern your use of the website and booking tools.

Accounts & Bookings

• You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking or creating an account.
• Booking a session may require payment and agreement to our eligibility / faith-related prerequisites shown in the booking flow.
• Session times are confirmed only after successful payment (unless a session is designated free).
• You are responsible for joining on time with working audio/video for remote sessions.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund, rescheduling, lateness, and cancellation rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Nature of Services

Our sessions are pastoral / coaching / ministry services. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care. If you are in crisis or need professional clinical help, contact appropriate emergency or clinical services in your area.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with booking systems.
• Do not submit false information or book sessions on behalf of others without permission.
• Treat staff and other participants with respect in all communications.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate bookings, including Stripe (payments), Zoom (video meetings), and optionally Google Calendar (administrator scheduling sync). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. Our Google Calendar connection is used only for scheduling operations described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Redeem Eden / Eden Living or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal use of materials we expressly provide to you.

Disclaimer

The website and services are provided “as is.” We work to keep booking and scheduling tools reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redeem Eden and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redeem Eden and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
