Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Full Refund Period

• You may cancel within 7 days of booking and receive a full refund, as long as your session is not scheduled within 72 hours of booking.

Free Changes Before 72 Hours

• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 72 hours before your session are completely free and fully refundable as long as it’s within the 7-day window.

Within 72 Hours

• If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your session, a $200 rescheduling fee applies.
• Refunds are not available within 72 hours of the scheduled session.

Lateness Policy

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a missed session.
• Failure to have systems and equipment ready for a 2-way Zoom call within 15 minutes of the starting time will also count as a no-show.
• Missed sessions follow the same rule — no refunds, and a $200 rescheduling fee applies if you wish to book another time.

No Refunds Within 72 Hours

• Once you’re within 72 hours of your session, no refunds will be provided.

Grace Clause

• We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us. We review every case individually and will extend grace when appropriate.
